ACOCOEXPRÉS 2025 - Bases participació
- Concurs de curts realitzats en 24 hores - Del dissabte 29 de novembre al diumenge 30 de novembre del 2025
1. El concurs ACOCOEXPRÉS està inclòs en els actes de l’ACOCOLLONA’T 2025 i tindrà lloc entre el dissabte 29 de novembre i el diumenge 30 de novembre del 2025.
2. Pot participar qualsevol persona o grup de persones amb inscripció prèvia enviant un correu electrònic a acocollonat@gmail.com amb el títol "INSCRIPCIÓ ACOCOEXPRÉS 25" indicant el nom, adreça i telèfon.
SENSE INSCRIPCIÓ NO HI HA ADMISSIÓ AL CONCURS.
3. La inscripció és gratuïta i es podrà fer fins el mateix dissabte 29 de novembre de 2025, abans de les 12.00h del migdia.
4. El dissabte 29 de novembre, a les 9.00h del matí, en aquesta mateixa pàgina WEB, l'organització donarà a conèixer un o més elements que hauran de ser presents a la història del curt a filmar.
5. Cada participant haurà de disposar de la seva pròpia càmera per a la gravació del curt: tablet, mòbil, càmera fotogràfica o càmera de vídeo, i podrà ser editat si els propis participants ho troben oportú. Es poden presentar tants curts com es vulguin.
6. Els participants disposaran de 24 hores per a gravar i editar un curt d’una durada màxima de 3 minuts, crèdits inclosos.
7. El tema de l’ACOCOEXPRÉS és el terror o el fantàstic. Es valorarà el fet que l’element o elements facilitats per l’organització estiguin ben encaixats en la història del curt.
8. Queda prohibit l'ús de la tecnologia IA per a l'elaboració dels curts.
9. El curtmetratge es podrà presentar fins les 12.00h del migdia del diumenge 30 de novembre com a molt tard, enviant un enllaç de descàrrega tipus wetransfer o similar al correu electrònic del festival: acocollonat@gmail.com. El format de l'arxiu enviat haurà de ser mov. o H264 a 24 o 25 fps.
10. En funció dels curts presentats es realitzarà una selecció prèvia de les obres.
11. Els curtmetratges participants es projectaran a l’acte de cloenda de l’ACOCOLLONA'T, el dissabte 13 de desembre a les 18 h. a l’Auditori de la Mercè. Un cop acabada la projecció, es donaran a conèixer els curts guanyadors.
12. L’organització designarà un jurat integrat per persones relacionades amb el món del cinema o la cultura. Les seves decisions seran inapel•lables.
13. El premi al millor curt serà de 500 €, el segon de 300 €. El jurat es reserva atorgar accèssits o mencions.
14. Els curts presentats podran ser utilitzats per a la difusió de l’ACOCOLLONA’T!
15. La participació en aquest concurs implica l’acceptació de les seves bases.

ACOCOEXPRÉS 2025 - Participation Rules
- Short film competition made in 24 hours - From Saturday 29 November to Sunday 30 November 2025
1. The ACOCOEXPRÉS competition is part of the ACOCOLLONA'T 2025 events and will take place between Saturday 29 November and Sunday 30 November 2025.
2. Any individual or group of people can enter by sending an email to acocollonat@gmail.com with the subject ‘ACOCOEXPRÉS 25 REGISTRATION’, stating their name, address and telephone number.
ENTRY WITHOUT REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
3. Registration is free and can be completed until 12:00 noon on Saturday, 29th November 2025.
4. On Saturday, 29th November, at 9:00 a.m., on this same webpage, the organisation will announce one or more elements that must be present in the story of the short film to be filmed.
5. Each participant must provide their own camera for filming the short: a tablet, mobile phone, stills camera or video camera. It may be edited if the participants see fit. Participants may submit as many shorts as they wish.
6. Participants will have 24 hours to film and edit a short film with a maximum running time of 3 minutes, including credits.
7. The theme of ACOCOEXPRÉS is horror or the fantastic. Points will be awarded for the element or elements provided by the organisation being well integrated into the short film's story.
8. The use of AI technology to create the short films is prohibited.
9. The short film can be submitted until 12:00 noon on Sunday, 30th November at the latest, by sending a download link (e.g. WeTransfer or similar) to the festival's email address: acocollonat@gmail.com. The submitted file format must be MOV or H.264 at 24 or 25 fps.
10. A preliminary selection of the works will be made based on the submitted shorts.
11. The participating short films will be screened at the closing event of ACOCOLLONA'T, on Saturday 13 December at 6 p.m. at the Auditori de la Mercè. Once the screening has finished, the winning short films will be announced.
12. The organisation will appoint a jury composed of people from the world of cinema or culture. Their decisions will be final.
13. The prize for the best short film will be €500, and €300 for the runner-up. The jury reserves the right to award runners-up prizes or mentions.
14. The submitted short films may be used for the promotion of ACOCOLLONA'T!
15. Participation in this competition implies acceptance of these rules.
